Pre-Order Items The majority of Royaluxe apparel items are available on a pre-order basis. This means that your items are not produced until your order is placed. This approach allows us to maintain sustainable production practices and ensure every piece is crafted with the utmost care.
Processing Time

Production for pre-order items takes at least 16 business days.

Once production is completed, your order will be prepared for shipment.
Shipping Time

After production and processing, shipping takes an additional 1-4 business days, depending on your location.
Total Delivery Time From the date of placing your order, you can expect to receive your items within a maximum of 20 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery destination and order size.
